Terms of use
Last updated: 11 October 2026
These terms govern the use of Pixel Ledger ("the app"), a Shopify app provided by Elektraset, s.r.o. ("we", "us"). By installing the app you ("the merchant") agree to them.
1. The service
Pixel Ledger keeps a ledger of your Shopify orders, records checkout events with its Shopify web pixel, compares them with the purchase data of the channels that you connect (Google Analytics 4, Meta, TikTok), and reports coverage, duplicates, latency and consent conflicts. Optionally it sends purchases server-side to these channels and sends alerts to Slack or a webhook.
Some checkout paths cannot be observed in a browser (for example visitors who refuse analytics, payment redirects that do not return to the thank-you page, accelerated checkouts or point-of-sale orders). The app reports these paths; it does not guarantee that every conversion can be observed, and the numbers of third-party platforms remain their responsibility.
2. Your responsibilities
- You have a lawful basis and the consents that your customers' jurisdictions require, and your store's consent banner passes the visitor's choice to Shopify's Customer Privacy API.
- You only connect accounts (GA4, Meta, TikTok, Slack) that you are allowed to use, and you follow the terms of those platforms.
- You keep the credentials that you enter up to date and do not misuse the app or its endpoints.
3. Plans and billing
The app has a Free plan and paid plans (Pro USD 29 and Plus USD 79 every 30 days, with a 14-day free trial). Charges are made by Shopify through the Shopify Billing API and appear on your Shopify invoice. You can change or cancel the plan at any time on the app's Plan page; a cancellation takes effect immediately, and Shopify prorates charges as described in its billing terms. Plan limits (orders per 30 days, channels, features) are enforced in the app.
4. Data
Our privacy policy at https://pixel-ledger.apps.elektraset.com/privacy describes the data that the app processes. You keep all rights to your data. We process it only to provide the app.
5. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or improve features; we will tell you in advance about changes that reduce paid features.
6. Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits or lost advertising spend, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Termination
You can stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend the app for a store that breaks these terms. After uninstall your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
8. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Elektraset, s.r.o. has its registered office, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules.
