Pixel Ledger is made by Elektraset, s.r.o.

Getting started

  1. Install Pixel Ledger from the Shopify App Store. The app connects its web pixel and loads the orders of the last 60 days.
  2. Open Channels and connect what you want to compare: a GA4 export or the GA4 Data API, Conversions API / Events API acknowledgements, or server-side delivery.
  3. Open Test orders, create a test run and place one test order per scenario (desktop / mobile, consent choices, payment paths).
  4. Check Overview for coverage, duplicates, latency and the diagnostics by payment method, device and consent state.
  5. On Pro or Plus, set thresholds and a Slack or webhook target under Alerts.

Frequently asked questions

Why is an order "not observed" by the browser pixel? Shopify loads pixels only with analytics consent, and the purchase event fires only when the thank-you page loads. Visitors who refuse analytics, payment redirects that do not return, and orders from point of sale, draft orders or subscriptions cannot be observed in the browser. Pixel Ledger lists these instead of hiding them.

Why does the browser purchase fire twice? The thank-you page loaded again (reload, return from a payment provider, an opened order-status link). Make sure that every pixel uses the order ID as its event ID so that the platforms deduplicate.

Which Meta data can Pixel Ledger read? Meta has no API that returns single events. Pixel Ledger uses the Conversions API answers of its own server-side delivery, acknowledgements from your server container, or a CSV log.

How do I cancel? On the Plan page choose Free, or uninstall the app. Shopify stops the charges at once.
